Free Pass Donation Request For Nonprofit Organizations
It is the policy of AZMNH to support, whenever possible, the fundraising efforts of other Arizona nonprofit organizations by providing complimentary passes for fundraisers and auctions. Because the museum receives a large number of requests each year, we are not able to donate to every organization that applies.
Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to one request per organization per year.
Please follow the procedure below:
- Requests must be received by AZMNH at least 2 months before the date passes are needed.
- Submit requests on organization letterhead and include event details, the event date, and a brief summary of how the donation will benefit the organization.
- Include the nonprofit organization’s tax ID number.
- Provide a mailing address, contact name, and email address.

Or emailed as an attachment to AZMNH.info@mesaaz.gov with “Donation Request” in the subject line.
